SONY ROY, the only black guy in the world that has ever gone through such massive injuries by the hands of a County, the State of Florida, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeal, and the other defendants, because the county was left in a state of UNFORTUNATE CONFUSION as found in 2011 by the Opinion of the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals and after being negligently left to itself by its political parent the state of Florida to inflict harms to U.S. Citizens and politically and intentionally abandoned by white southerners of Florida and Georgia. The Walton County is about to suffer the most terrible blow any County in the world has ever encountered and like someone who refuses to go alone, it will carry with it a slew of possibly innocent people who did not know the intensity of such violations and how far they could go to break the law possibly thinking that they would do it with impunity. Such harms in this case amounted to more than 5000 torts by all the Tortfeasors. This case has been and continues to be before the northern district court of Florida the case appeared twice before the 11th Circuit Court of Appeal. Then the case went before the United States Supreme Court under DOCKET # 12-8623 and I Sony Roy was my personal Attorney in a PROSE and IN PROPRIA PERSONA. Then, the case went back to the District Court Northern Division of Florida.

The case is a legislative case dealing with the 1964 and 1991 Civil Rights Acts of Congress which bullet proof vest has been disparaged by the State of Florida. For the sake of this presentation and based on the law the duty of care rested with the State although the District court Judges have been high supportive of the Walton County in their derailment of the law and Justice.
